This maybe my favorite type of movies...so so many in honourable mention

1. Unforgiven
2. The good the bad and the ugly
3. Searchers
4. Outlaw Josey Wales
5. True Grit...John Wayne
6. Jeremiah Johnson
7. Tombstone
8. Once upon a time in the west
9. Proposition
10. Blazing saddles...is soo funny and classic
HM.
All Clint spaghetti westerns
Almost all Duke films
Dances with wolves
Shootist
Shane
High Noon
Quigley Down Under
How the west was won
etc etc..

That's a good list, but I haven't seen all of those. I'd probably move Tombstone up a few places, though, and toss Magnificent Seven in the top 10. Definitely agree with Blazing Saddles.

Also, that western themed paintball episode from Season 2 of Community. :D

I can't remember the names of some I've watched. I watched a lot when I was younger.

There was one about a balled guy and they were changing people into robots of some sort. I wish I could get the name. I never had a chance to finish that movie

Costner's Wyatt Earp was very underrated. Australian western, The Man From Snowy River. All Sergio Leone westerns with Clint Eastwood. Although not one of my favourite films, No Country for Old Men is a good example of a modern western.

Also, for a laugh, the Terrence Hill movies. The "Trinity" series and "my Name is Nobody".

Lol loved No Country, lol. I loved the characters, so intriguing. Josh Brolin is awesome, loved him in the G. Bush movie

Not close to my PC right now. Will look him up. He also stared in the movie Moses. A pretty strong character. I used to be scared & intrigued about him as a kid. Along the likes of Lee Van Clef. Very piercing eyes
