Got a quote at Rider plus

I made the online quote.. for my first insurance.. at Rider Plus http://www.ridersplus.com/insurance_quotes.php
Licence: M1
Bike: Harley sporter 1200c 2004

and I got $ 2150 a year.. I have not ticket at all. clean record. full G for more than 7 years.. is a good quote?? or I have to keep hunting...? I want to ride!!!!!!!!!!! lol!!!;);):D:D

Try calling TD, desjardins and a few other places as well. I called every insurance company I could find to get the best rate. Online quotes with TD gave me over 5000. When I called it was 1150 or so.
 
ups.. thats sounds good.. my Online Td was close to 3800.. Iam afraid for my M1.. they gonna put my head into the guillotine hahaha!
 
TD also insures until February. So you'd only have to pay for now till February. The most expensive months are June, July, and August. Some companies do a year's insurance though. Meaning if you sign up today, your policy expires today 2014. So a company like TD may be "cheaper" because you'd only be paying for July till February. Hope this makes sense.

Another option is to wait until you have your M2.
 
I was thinking , and wait till M2 is done.. but.. I dont want to play "dice" with my record.. if I got my app for M2 test in 4 weeks.. Ill lost another month! lol.. .. right now I have to angels in my shoulders.. red( with a rake ) and blue.. ;-) and BTW I have to practice! what a "dilema..'..
 
Most Harley bikes are around 1-1.2K .Shop around .
