Gopro file problems?

This happened to me before and somehow fixed itself and dont remember how it did... but anyways i brought my gopro to great wolf lodge and shot tons of pics and vids, so came home today and the majority of files were fine but for some reason some of the vids and pics said they cannot be rendered or unknown format?
I check the files and there doesnt seem be anything different about them so not sure what the deal is or how to fix it.
I have included screenshots of 2 files from the same day, one of which works and one doesnt, seems to be missing something.

Any suggestions?

Brutal! I am wondering if maybe we should update the firmware? I am pretty sure its up to date though, but no real way of checking. Hopefully someone knows how to fix this issue.

Oh and I also thought it might have been my sd but over half the stuff from the same day worked perfect, just the last bit of files didnt. Im using a class 10 kingston 32 gb card.
