Google glass perspective

Video and Audio quality is pretty nice.
Angle is a little low, probably due to it being wedged against the helmet.

I just wonder about the other distractions that Google glass brings with it.

I've heard (FWIW) that the display doesn't get in the way as much as one might think. You can tell something is there in your peripheral vision, but it doesn't block your vision or get in the way.

I think the bigger problem will be with people who can't control themselves, and need to look at it all the time just to check what it's trying to tell them. Just like when someone's cell phone beeps and they can't help but pull it out to see what it is, even though they're driving and will be home in 5 minutes.

Tried Google Glass last night. One of my buddies is a Google developer and just received his pair.

It's interesting, but it made me a bit dizzy always adjusting my eyes to the screen and back. I can also see how it can be a nuisance/distracting when operating a motor vehicle.
Also, it absolutely doesn't fit in your helmet. too bulky.
Other than that, a pretty cool gadget, I'd say :)

I'm curios if Google will try to expand it's market to riders. Of course one can make a case on the distractions... But what about the other useful things that could actually make riding safer? Like not having to look down to check your speedometer, or gps? How about a rear view camera? Or even voice command mp3 player?
