Good price form a new Ninja 650 2012?

Kahuna had a killer deal at the show...something like $5400 plus tax for brand new 2012...
 
I called them today. They say listing for 6499, the price they offered at the show. Could this be what you saw? Do you think that is a good deal?

i just bought a 2010 black 650r last week, 1700km on it. sport bars, yoshi exhuast, pazzo levers, pro grips, fender elim, grab handles. bike was really clean, 6100. private sale so i saved on taxes....
 
Congrats, that's almost the same setup as mine. One thing I noticed is that with the Pazzo levers (shorty) and the Sport Bars. The master cyclinder reservoir is on an angle towards the tank. This is done to avoid having the levers hit the windscreen on full lock. The brake fluid level always looks low because of the angle. Just something to keep an eye on with that setup.

thanks for the heads up, i knew there was some custom work done to the master cylinder just didn't know exactly what it was.
