Good price for used ninja 650r?

I found this bike with a for sale sign on it while walking around town (englehart ontario) and was intrigued to say the least, So I searched it up and found that ad. I've been looking for a bike for a while now, but due to the small population of my area their arent many used ones for sale.

The bike looks pristine to me, and does have the aftermarket exhaust as the ad states. Assuming it runs well, what would be a good price for it? (This will be my first bike btw)
 
Offer $3200, see where it goes from there. Don't get stuck on one bike, shop around.

If there were a 2009 model for sale within 100 km I would definitely consider that, but there simply isn't. As I said I live in a small town, so I'm limited as far as used options go, and I can't afford a new one. Thanks anyways though! Props to iceman too!
 
I sold mine in mint condition for $4500 2009 650r at the begining of summer. Everything else was 5000-5500. Listed mine sold in a week.

But its a great bike. If you get one i highly recommend getting the sports bars installed. Its a must

Ok i stand corrected. Better bike. I just much prefer the looks of the 09+ models
