Good practice parking lots downtown toronto?

New rider... live near University and Adelaide, hard to find a nice big parking lot to practice in without having to ride pretty far in traffic. Know of any good spots?

down in the beaches just past leslie st. where learning curves does their classes. I used to wait for a Sunday morning or late night and practise in he under ground parking. those cement posts have more uses than just holding the building up!
