Just gonna lurk for a while, learn all I can from the good folks here.

I haven't started any training as yet. I want to save some cash for the training, and then the eventual purchase of a used bike (wanna make sure I want to do this) and also the insurance. Next spring is my personal timeline to start with the M1 test then do the course..

I am 43, driven a car for 25 years, but only recently have a hankering to learn on two wheels.

Boy, am I sorry I didn't go for it before this graduated system was set up. Not sure if it's a good thing, but I remember getting my "365" and then a week later getting my G license. Now I have to wait nearly two years to get my full M license! Some may say it's a better system. I guess I can always ask that question when doing the course.

Okay that's all for now...I am droning on here....lol

Great site by the way!

welcome!!
the only thing I don't like about the M1, M2, M system is the first 60 days on your M1, after that is really no difference having an M2 or and M :)

your eyes will open to the viral reality and joyful mentality of motorcycle riding

Gonna hate yourself you waited so long.
Graduated is good if you have never rode...not so good if you know how.
Difference between M2 and M....is you can have a cold one legally.

Welcome!!
