A cracked bumper? That's it? Too busy filling out WSIB forms to pursue the suspect?
Am I missing something? Cracked front bumper would suggest the pickup backed into the cruiser… or the cruiser rear ended the pickup. Hopefully the dash cam on the cruiser got the plate and the incident!
