how do I access the battery? Any suggestions?

getting to the battery in a 08 250 Marauder

It's been a few years, but I'm pretty sure it's as simple as removing the seat and then removing the side battery cover. If anything, try these forums http://www.gz250bike.com/ IIRC they have some manuals under the stickies, or you could just ask them.
