I recently passed the M test with RTI. But I cannot figure out how to book a spot to go to a Drive Test centre to actually get my license upgraded. If anyone has done it tis season, any help would really be appreciated.
I live in Toronto and would like to get it done here.

Unsure of current covid conditions (booking?)

Previously you just walked in and if you were super polite to the person at the kiosk you could avoid the normal line and be out in 5 minutes.
 
IIRC, I did not book anything. Walk into DriveTest with the paperwork saying your testing was completed successfully, push some paper around and that's it. No idea if Covid screws up that process.
 
I went after my M2 and was in and out in less then 15 min. Went in the afternoon, after 3, Newmarket location.
No appointment.

One advice: you might find pretty long lines on mornings/during the day. However, it can be almost empty if you will go there in the afternoon. For example, I went to Newmarket location and it was packed around 11am. Returned there around 6:30pm and there was no line at all.
 
Most people are lining up to write tests and for that they go by your birthday date. Just go to the front of the line and let the person know you are there for a passing test (same thing really) and you will be put in a quicker line (few people). This is what I have seen and experienced recently.
 
I went to upgrade my license recently a the port union location. It opened at 0700 iirc so I decided to go early to line up, I got there 30 minutes early and I was about 10th in line, but once they opened only waited 10 minutes or so.
