Hey Guys and Gals,
Just curious to know what gearing set up do people have for TMP and Grand Bend? More specifically for those people on a 2007 CBR600RR or newer? Also, What size sprockets are people using on the bikes? Front and rear?
Thanks

Wouldn't it depend on type of bike and power delivery of bike?

I'm fairly new at this and am trying to just set up my bike for the above listed tracks as I assume most my track days will be at one of the three. I have a 08 CBR600RR fairly stock with PC and Pipe. Running pump gas for now. I was hoping somebody racing in SOAR or RACE or a regular trackday guy could give me some friendly advice. Thank you.

Don't worry about go-fast parts when you start out.... better to spend less money on parts and more on fees when you start out. The only thing I would recommend investing in (if you ARE going to do a lot of track days) is a small generator/inverter and tire warmers. The generator/inverter will be used for more than warmers if you're staying overnight or throughout weekends.

PS: Stick with pump gas... don't get ahead of yourself for these go-fast parts. They are far from necessary (especially for track days) for a beginner. Otherwise you'll be in for a sad surprise when you start keeping an eye on your finances.

Thanks Aloha Snackbar. I appreciate the advice.
Check on the generator and tire warmers!
