The form is now up on the website grandbendmotorplex.ca and click on the road course logo to take you to that section - you will see a link to it on that main page.
Just an FYI for anyone who has sent in a form - I am processing them all at the end of the month/end of the deal and will then be mailing out the certificates so you will receive them in Feb. For those who haven't there is still time. ( Just and FYI this deal does not include Fridays before SOAR wkds)
