Gap between Windscreen and Fairing - Ninja 250

Can anyone confirm if this gap is supposed to be like this? It's almost as if the windscreen should be pushed down? Just wondering if other Ninja's have this sloppy fitment too

my stock windshield and both of the zero gravity ones I have tried, fit like a glove. So yeah, OP take it out and make sure the well nuts are seated correctly. When you put it back in, try pushing up on the inside.

That's the stock one before I even put my ebay one on. I ended up pushing down on the windshield from the top edge and it jammed it down farther to minimize the gap but it's still not "perfect". Really weird.
