Not sure which one to get?
I am not gonna change oil I am just gonna filler her up with shell gold
and add stabilizer.
Then put her up on 2x6's stuff the tailpipe and cover her.
Already under a tarp.
Should I run my bike for a few mins after putting in stabilizer?
BTW I got my m2:D

Doesn't matter which one.
I'd change the oil though and take the battery out if you don't have battery tander.

Yes, run the bike for 5 minutes after putting in stabilizer; there's fuel already in the lines so you want the newer gas with the stabilizer to works its way in.

You can get any fuel stabilizer off the shelf at canadian tire or auto parts supply.

Run the bike for 10 minutes once the stabilizer is in the tank, to ensure it goes through the fuel system.

Yep run it after putting the stabilizer.
I use seafoam or stp and call it a day. Once i see some smoke coming out of the pipes, it means it has made its way to my engine.
On the plus side, they also clean my injects, and carb build up too. Bonus!

I went to Crappy Tire and got some on sale for about $6 the other day. Then went and put in Shell Gold and added the stabilizer at the gas station. The ride home was about 10ish mins.

Congrats on the M2! To bad the season is over... :(

I also use Seafoam but it doesn't really matter that much. Yeah, definitely get the battery out. You need not worry about 2x6s. Concrete will not magically kill your tires in 4 months unless maybe it's not sealed well and you have visible seepage. Also, if you're worries about flat spots, move the bike a couple of times. However, flat spots are also unlikely to happen over such short period of time.

Thanks Guys for all the tips.
I forgot to mention I have recently bought a trickle charger and will be taking out the battery.
Do I need to keep trickle charger and battery plugged in all winter?

Depends on your trickle charger. If you bought something similar to a Battery Tender, plug it in and walk away till spring time.

If its not automatic, than no.

Damn...need to change my oil soon....hope fully this monday will be it! and she's done for the season...

better not rain this coming monday !$#$#%!
