A green civic with a handicap sticker? That's what I was in front of. Ironically, it was replaced by a darker colour civic with a handicap sticker. (I know it was different because of the plate)

I just walked by and the same MP3 is wedged close between two cages....Come on buddy!
We need to work together on this street; when I show up early, I always take as much space as I can so the cagers can't get in.
It's beneficial to all- there is no cages to block in, by mid morning it'd be filled with bikes which you can enjoy looking at during your coffee break! Also it leaves enough spaces so you can possibly go out for lunch and still have spaces when you get back!

Obviously the MP3 steering was locked, that's why it ended up there, almost in a u-turn position.
To the owner of that scooter - when you park you must use the parking brake lever first and then lock the steering. When done in that order, the lock will secure both the steering and the brakes, so the scooter cannot be pushed and cannot be steered. The only way to move it would be to lift it.

Mmmh, so maybe I posted in haste?
Are you saying that the MP3 guy parks poorly?
Is it possible that, in the photo you posted, the rider parked that way on purpose?
Like he just parked there not giving a s****?

Think so. I remember thinking "damn that's close, no way the car is getting out". There was about two inches between him and the bumper.
Which implies that the car was there first, otherwise they wouldn't have been able to get in the spot either. Did the MP3 rider block in a legally parked car? If that's the case, they deserve to have their scoot moved ...
