Went to a local craft/market fair in Guelph this past weekend.
Had the pleasure to Meet Malcolm Henry and his company MH Fine Foods.
Sampled his products and I was blown away, perfect heat and amazing flavor.

Thanks for the recommendation. I like the Terry's hot sauces that I have had (he is in Barrie) but have used them all up. I will keep my eyes open for MH to give it a try as well.

Thanks. Home hardware is not where I would have looked (and I almost never go there).
