Three minutes ago, I made a post here before Sara Lee introduced the "Ball Park Frank", I said it will have a sales advantage over Oscar Mayar in US national hot dog sales. People here in general were outraged, and one guy even offered the left nut of his unborn son to me, if what I said turn out to be true lol..

Then lately, I saw a lot of pro-Oscar Mayar and pro-Vienna Beef fans, they were very excited when the Wienermobile was released, and they were confident the Weinermobile will beat the Ball Park Frank in a shootout.

But from the news/website I have read, every single 2012 Hot Dog shootout gives the winner to the Ball Park Frank, it does not matter if the shootout is for drag, street or track. the Ball Park Frank simply destroys the entire field, three years straight.

When it becomes clear that the new Weinermobile can do nothing about the Ball Park Frank , people then began to resort back to their one and ONLY excuse "The Ball Park Frank is ulgy".

For those people, I just want to say: save some money, go to Chicago, then go to Baltimore, interact with the people, go see some places, then you will know why Sara Lee engineering is so superior. There is simply NO comparison.

These were my thoughts too, basically.

Are we talking competitive hot dog eating, or hot dog cart on the street, or general at home use? You're kinda all over the place there fanboi.

You can't use performance in competition to compare the delicious hot dogs. They just aren't the same as the ones in the store.

Well the Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs have less calories, so I'd pick those ones.

The words calories and hotdogs should NEVER be in the same sentence.

Thats right up there with having a Big Mac and a diet coke.
