For Sale *MINT* 2005 Raven Edition R1

Unfortunately the time has come and I have to sell my baby. She’s a mint 2005 Yamaha R1 Raven Edition with only 9476kms on her. This bike has been like my first born child and I cared for it as such. I honestly believed I would have this bike for the rest of its life but situations have changed and I have no choice but to sell it. I never got to ride it as much as I’d like to have and it shows in the mileage. I purchased the bike just over 4 years ago and it only had around 1500kms on it at the time. She’s absolutely mint in every way because of the care I took and love I have for this bike. It’s never been dropped, not once been out in the rain and it’s never been too the track. Since the day I bought it I ONLY used Motul full synthetic oil and I only gassed it up with 94 octane fuel at Sunoco as much as possible. I washed and waxed it religiously and cleaned and waxed the chain during every wash. I’ve been riding motorcycles for 16 years and I’ve owned street bikes for 9 years. I know how to properly care for a bike and I’ve taken the upmost care of this bike when it comes to maintenance and winterizing. It’s always been stored properly in a heated garage over the winter. What more can I say, this bike is the love of my life and now I have to sell her.

*Carbon Fibre Tank Pad and Gas Cap
*Michilin Pilot Power CT 2 Tires (Under 300km of use)

I still have all the stock OEM parts like the exhaust, cat, signals, etc.

I am asking $8600 obo and am somewhat firm on my asking price. I am in no rush to sell at all so please no low balling attempts. Also my bike is being stored at my parents house currently so please no tire kickers, SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY PLEASE. The bike is located in the Yonge and Finch area and I generally work a 8-5 schedule Monday – Friday. Hey guys,

I've been getting alot of interest in my bike from kijiji but nothing yet close enough to my asking price that I'd be willing to take. Like I mentioned in my ad I'm really in no rush to sell so I've been holding pretty firm on my asking price. As always I've been getting alot of idiots from kijiji, who know nothing about bikes, messaging me and it's made me appreciate the true motorcycle enthusiasts on this site that much more. I really don't want to have to sell my baby to some idiot off kijiji that will end up abusing her or even worse... With that it mind I'd like to lower my asking price on this site only to $8200 firm. Hopefully that will entice a fellow gtam'er to take my baby off my hands and treat her right. So $8200 to one of you guys who will give her a good home.
