Since composite hockey stick shafts are very light and very strong, I've been wanting to make use of them on one of my racebikes for several years. I needed to make a fairing stay for my 250 Ninja so here's the result:

Reminds me of a friend who collected autographed hockey sticks, including many from sports greats, and came out one day to find his father had cut them all off and used them to hold up his tomato plants in the garden.
