Folds in palm area of gloves

Bought a pair of Dainese gloves that fit pretty well in the store. However, riding with them is a little uncomfortable because there are folds in the palms when gripping the handles.

Anyone encounter this problem and fix it? Or is it just a case of gloves not being the right fit?

Sounds like they just don't fit.

Did you try them on and try to grab onto some handlebars in the stores?

I see alot of people make similar mistakes.. Just cause it fits nice while wearing them.. Standing.. It's different when using them.. Same thing goes for jackets, pants.. You are in a different body position when sitting on the bike.

any leather is going to form natural folds and wrinkles...maybe you just need to break em in and soften them up a bit.

This might seem nit-picky, but if you can't exchange the gloves for another size, try it...when you go to grip your handlebar, keep your hand straight and place the palm area on/around the grip as needed, so that area of the leather is smooth. Then curve your hand to provide the rest of the required contact.
