So get new bike=happy
First ride 60km on a Friday off = really happy
Friday night emergency room visit for barfing = not happy
Sat emergency abdominal surgery = not happy
4-6 weeks off new bike =FML
 
Sucks for sure...but if you're not good to go in 3 weeks hand in the man card and sell the bike....so get well soon.
 
The bright side, At least it didn't happen June/July.
 
Look at it this way, by the time you get better Mother Nature might actually have sorted her **** out and stopped snowing ;)

Crappy timing for sure, rest up and get better. Wear earphones at home so you can't hear any bikes riding past to piss you off..
 
I feel your pain -- surgery last week here too -- hopefully we both recover quickly and get some great weather to make up some miles!
 
sorry to hear that but like someone mentioned up there, its a crappy season so far so most people wont ride for another few weeks anywasy
 
Bad luck that it happened to you good luck that when it's time to ride it's prime weather baby. You don't want to ride the bike right now anyways too much crap on the road.
 
Guess your body has a ****** way of reacting to happy moments ... bummer...

But yeah as mentioned above health 1st ride second, I'm on recovery as well so no bike for now till I can cut off the morphine
