FMF Apex Reviews??

Anybody know much about the FMF Apex slip-ons? Recommended? Thought I would check with the GTAM crowd.

Heard it on a Buell 1125CR (sounded great with the silencer in), but never on a 4cyl.
I'm thinking about a shorty for a 1000cc, but don't want anything too loud. Also want decent quality.

Any comments on quality, sound, performance? Other recommendations?

I have a pair of carbon Apex cans. Awesome build quality and sound, and the finish is very nice. Never heard one on an inline 4 though so can't comment. I can tell you that they come with a baffle which can be inserted to deaden the sound a bit, but they're nice and deep sounding in any case.
