Fit unplated??

1976 Honda 750F. Plated and insured. Remove insurance and change plate to another bike. Fast forward 20 years and want to plate it again.
Question: Safety needed for new plate?? I don't think so. Still "fit unplated" in my name Correct?

Should be fun I'm hoping to get a plate for that and an ownership my 68 CD125 (after I finish my affidavit & get the Mayor to stamp it).
