First ride on my B6

So I finally picked up my bike. 2004 Bandit 600 S, and rode it home from Guelph. Took my sweet old time doing stop and starts and slow turns before heading out on the road, and things started to come back quick. It's been 18 years since Ive ridden, and my last was an 1986 FJ 1200. The little B6 is certainly no FJ, but it will meet my commuting needs just fine. Cheap to insure, should be cheap on gas, and pretty fun and flickable enough for me.

I got a new red Joe Rocket armored mesh jacket, HJC modular helmet, new boots and gloves. I'm set, and couldn't be happier so far.

Tomorrow I will commute to work on a bike!!! OMG, how awesome is that! I love my car too (accord coupe), but bikes are obviously way more fun!

This was just a quick update.....and nobody died. Day 1 in the bag!

I had a 2001 Bandit, a great do everything bike.
