First attempt at making a video..

Your video gives me nausea.
• GoPro Hero 2 is not known for low light, so internally the software increases the sensors light sensitivity-- the downside, noise aka grain. That's what you're seeing.
• Your video is 4 minutes of what? I don't get it.
• Why did you speed it up? What's the point? Speed duration is for telling the viewer a great distance or time has passed.. looks like you're going in circles in a Lowe's parking lot.
• I use Premiere Pro CS6.

Hero2 and 3 are mostly great for day time/evening shots.
If you want interesting videos, change the angle up quit a bit.. don't keep it mounted in one spot unless you don't have the options.. then you'll have to keep them short or add something to them that makes it stand out.. like this one I did a long time ago.
