I know a few of you have had to repair your fibreglass fairing at some point or another and its those of you I am looking at for some tips.
My recently acquired track bike is in need of some cosmetic work and I have already prepped the parts/areas that need attention. Using the below link as an example, what is your thoughts on bondo for the final stage before paint? If so, any recommendations of specific ones?

My fairings are covered by a layer of gel coat so I am wondering if it is best to use that instead. If so, any recommendations?
For reference, I have quite a few spider cracks and some large holes in just the gel coat. I plan to build up those areas with glass/resin then fill with bondo or gel coat, depending on what you all think.
