Fender Eliminator Kit Installation Tips

Hi All, I ride a 2009 Hyosung GT250R and just purchased a "HYOSUNG GT250R FENDER ELIMINATOR / TAIL TIDY UNIV BLACK 2T/S" off eBay. See attached picture. This kit came with no instructions. I tried installing it with no luck. I even took it to a motorcycle shop and they too couldn't figure out how to install this item. If anyone can provide instructions the feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Have you tried asking the seller for instructions? Those instructions are usually pretty crummy, but they exist.
