good day everyone.

Sadly, I happen to drop my 2011 Ninja 250r yesterday. =( The right side fairing is cracked and needs to be replaced, I called the dealership where I bought my bike from and they said they don't carry fairings. Does anyone know where I can get an OEM fairing for my bike.

Thanks for reading.

The Krashasaki is a 2009 Ninja 250R. She's been down probably 3-5 times... Not sure of the actual count. The fairings don't look good.

Here's some advice about fairings.

Ninja 250 fairings come in 3 main pieces. A front cowling, and a large cowling on either side. The front cowling will cost you $190 from cheapcycleparts.com. Each side cowling is $241.

USD is cheap right now. Order the parts you need, have it shipped to US Address Inc. Make sure you register with US Address according to the instructions on their site. It'll take about 1-2 weeks for your parts to make it to US address, after which you can drive across at Lewiston and pick them up. Bring them home, and store them away.

Wait what? Store them away? That's right. You're only buying these parts for 2 reasons:
a) when those parts break badly enough that it's unsafe to continue using them
b) when you're ready to sell

So you don't have to buy them soon, you can take your time. I'd just patch up what you have and ride. Don't worry about looking pretty, worry about learning.

Other, cheaper options include
1) DIY plastic welding and painting. fyrebug may chime in and provide advice on how to get started. His bike looks great (in the pictures I've seen) but he didn't go with OEM colours.
2) Any number of fairing repair guys in the GTA. Expect to pay $100-$200 a fairing. And again, colour matching may be an issue, but much less of a problem than DIY as these guys are pros.

Take your pick with what you want to do, but those are the options as I see it.

(Hot girl alert)

Your forks are probably twisted, so you need to realign them.

Kahuna sells the big right piece for about 300+ and the headlight section for about 100+. Dont know the exact value.

If you want OEM, check a Kawasaki Dealership like Kahuna or Snow City.
