Exhaust question

Hi just have a question, I took off my yoshimura muffler off my bike but left the mid pipe on. I was wondering if it is bad for the engine to leave it like that cuz I love the sound btw my bike is an 09 sv650s thanks

do you have a power commander? and it might affect the back pressure....someone with more knowledge can chime in and correct me if i am wrong

if you have a power commander, it should be fine for the engine, not so much for others and the environment...lol j/k....if not, slap the pipe back on.
