That is made like ****! Those 45 degree angles are terrible! That is some made in someones garage hot garbage, that obviously doesnt have the proper equipment to make the proper bends...

This is what a R6 Y pipe should look like

Not disagreeing with you at all. What's the price on that piece? I basically just need any Y pipe. I am macgyvering some ****, and the O2 sensor bung is a bonus because then I can use my O2 sensor to tune the bike when I get it running on EFI.

There are tons of options, but they all run about $150-170....As with everything in life you get what you pay for....No point in removing the cat IMO if your going to bolt on some POS Ypipe with crappy flow....And you might spend more making your own, or having it custom made...Id save up and get a proper one when you can

Well this is for my FZR400. I fitted some nice arrow headers to it ( i think made for an R6) so I just wanted some kind of a Y pipe to collect the exhaust and out to the slip on.

Weirtech in Burlington does some pretty nice fab work.

I had him do some stuff for me. He does a lot of custom turbo exhaust manifold work so i'd think that a Y-pipe like that would be a piece of cake for him.

Guess I'll shoot him a PM. If another has any other ideas, or if you are a fabicator let me know what you would charge for a piece like that.
