If anyone is thinking about buying these for a Ninja 250R, think twice. They don't fit...well specifically the bracket that holds the slider in place doesn't fit. After numerous emails back and forth between myself, the supplier (Synmoto) and the manufacturer, I am sending them back.
The problem is that the supplied bracket is supposed to mount on the 2 top frame bolts. The bolt pattern on the bracket is correct, but just below this is another u shaped bracket that the ignition coils mount to. The Evotech bracket is too wide and doesn't fit within the factory ignition coil bracket.
As I said, I contacted them and they could not offer up any solution, (I told them that they shipped me the wrong brackets with the kit) I sent them pictures and factory schematics of the bike. They sent me back a schematic on how the brackets, spacers and pucks go together...with nothing on how its supposed to fit on the bike....(basically treating me like as if I'm a complete idiot).
