"Entire plate not plainly visible"

I <3 TPS. It's like they've got nothing more important to do.

So I got this plate ticket, $110, HTA 13(2).

I've been tailed/pulled over by many cops (OPP, TPS, Peel, etc) over the last couple years and none have ever mentioned my plate. It even has it's own led lights.

It looks similar to this:

Not as bent as the second pic and I have the passenger pegs.

1. Can I take a photo with the plate installed on a legitimate/visible plate bracket and will they drop it?
2. Which option do I take, Early Resolution-Meet with Prosecutor OR Trial?
3. Does anyone know if I have to pay for parking at the Markham Courthouse if I take the bike?

Thanks.

1. If they feel like it. They don't have to ... but it's common.
2. Early resolution. You do NOT want this to go to trial - you want the charges to be dropped (one way or another) before you go to trial, IF the crown feels like doing so. The trial will be based on the facts present at the time that you were given the ticket.
3. No idea.

Tons of threads on this already, to the point that I'm thinking about making a sticky post. Fixing it MIGHT get it dropped but, as Brian said, they are not obligated to drop it.
