Emulsion shock oil level...

I am in the process of changing the oil in my Penske 8900E.
This is an emulsion type shock, so the nitrogen and oil mix.

Any idea what the proper oil level is? I carefully measuesed the old level, and it was 66mm. Assuming some oil was lost, I am thinking of about 67mm for the new oil level.

Does this sound about right?

I checked with Penske and the shock should be filled to the schrader valve with the piston at the top.
This will create a small air pocket when the shock is fully compressed.
