Electrical issue ???

I recently noticed that while I'm riding,(usually when I start out) when I go over a bump, or I give it a good twist, I notice my right indicator rapidly flashing on my speedometer. I can't tell if my turn signal is going on or not, I just notice it flashing for like a second or two. My bike is an 09 suzuki sv650s, I have flushmount turn signals, and integrated rear turn signals, but no relay, could the no relay be causing this issue, or could it be my battery is going, my bike has 15500kms on it.

Electrical Issue?
Yes.
An intermittent short-to-ground could possibly cause temporary illumination/flickering.
But maybe not enough of a short to actually blow fuses (which is what SHOULD happen).
If riding with your buddies, ask them to keep an eye on your turn signals, for any flickering.
Bike's pretty new but you've messed with the wiring...

If there is a short to ground, you have to see where the wiring is shorting - usually piece of metal rubbing the wire and stripping the insulation. You're saying the right indicator? Start tracing the wiring from it and inspect the condition. If you don't find any stripped insulation touching metal or two connectors that may touch each other when you bump it, check the switch, check the relay, basically inspect until you find it, fix the insulation and reroute the wiring so it doesn't rub.
