My guess is that she's in such a state of panic that her foot is stuck on the accelerator or the pedal itself is stuck, and after crashing in the store initially (even though she hit cars outside first) she wants to put the car in Park, but because the transmission is in full motion it doesn't engage into park, shifts into Reverse instead. As the car jerks her around she's slap shifting it back into Drive. Rinse and repeat a few times.

Generally if your accelerator is stuck and you can't get your foot under it to lift it safely, turn key to stop the motor and coast/brake.
 
She's only an old lady now.. Used to be a hot young chick when that video got posted on GTAM the first time around :cool:
