"Habib was less ebullient than Khan about Tim Hortons’ food and drink. He said he heard the Tim Hortons hype(!!!) from friends who’d been to Canada, but left disappointed.

“We had a burger, but it was too average for a big name (restaurant). With McDonald’s, you know what you’re getting — it’s consistent. Here, it’s never consistent. Sometimes, it’s too fried. The Timbits, they were dry.”"

Sounds like SK Group is maybe a little too on-brand

That's because they sit on the wrong side of the car....
This reminds me of my first summer job in a shipping department where there was a pipe smoking English warehouse manager who would announce "The tea van is here" over the PA.

We got an extra long civic weekend so they could install a modern conveying system for the filling, packaging, labeling and shipping. The Monday morning we were all awestruck at the new machinery.... until the pipe smoking English warehouse manager spoke.

"This is great, beautiful, fantastic........................if only we were all left handed." Every operation meant twisting 180 degrees.
