Dyno for a 1985 honda Magna

I was wondering if anyone, and I mean ANYONE has any helpful experience with putting or knowing about dyno tunning the carbs on a 1985 Honda Magna V45.
I am looking at replacing the Fuel T-joint, and thet needs some work, then ideally I would like to dyno test/tune the carbs. Since i recently discovered that the rubber booth of carbs 1 and 2 are with an "aftermarket" clamp. I would be looking at getting all the parts(jets, boots, needles) a pretty close up inspection.
I called a shop with a dyno onsite, but they are worried about the bike .long story short they wont do it.
Any and all advice would be great.
BTW I want to give a shout out to MagnAndy for offering to help but unfortunately it is canada and we get like 5 days of riding a year, and even those are with mittens on.
Thank you for any help.

try Matt @ Speedlabs in Newmarket.

Not sure what he will and won't do but at least it's another shot.

Test and tune nights at the local dragstrip may get you what you need. Use a high update GPS device like a draggy. Don't worry about winning, do something like a third or fourth gear pull from 3000-redline. Basically a dyno. Your weight is constant (full tank each run), faster 3000 - redline equals more power.

OK... I'll bite.
WHY do you want to dyno a '85 Magna? Are you trying to tune for power, or just trying to get the mixture?
If you're going for mixture it would be a LOT cheaper to bung in some O2 sensors and do it yourself... you do know a dyno will cost you about a grand a day, and you'll need half a day... at LEAST (those carbs are a POS to work with).

Why wouldn't your guy put your bike on the dyno? Afraid it was gonna blow and spread Magna and oil all over?
... O2 sensors and a drag strip are the best dyno
