That torque is what sets these big twins apart from the rest of the bikes... I haven't ridden the R model specifically but the 1198 has gobs of scary power in the midrange, it's like crack.

Those are at the crank numbers......at the wheel it's about 150 something hp.

Depends on the dyno and if it has the euro spec ecu, or derestricted NA ecu.

Here's one dyno that reads high.....other euro tests are at 170ish or a few down from the BMW.
