Quick question, does anyone know off hand if the seat from a DR650 will fit on a DRZ400.

I had seen one on kijiji and wondered about it but obviously not going to work so I broke down and ordered a seat from seat concepts. I will let you guys know how it works out.

I have heard nothing but good things about them. I was going to get one of their kits a while back but I don't find the stock seat that bad tbh. Lemme know how it turns out.

I can do 2hrs on it without moving. If im riding twisties and moving around I don't mind it at all. Basically, it's not bad enough to warrant me spending money on it.

I just came back from a awesome weekend up in Muskoka, myself and 3 buddy's, one had a XL600, one DR600, one KTM690 and myself on the DRZ. We did 270kms of mostly roads with a lot of twisties and surprisingly I was OK with the stock seat(new one hasnt showed up yet), it wasnt till the end of Sunday that I started squirming around. As long as your moving around on the seat you will be ok, its the long straight roads that kill me, my biggest problem was when in the trails the seat height was a big factor, Im only 5"8 and lost my footing a few times causing me to fall over so Im very anxious to try the lower seat.
Yeah, but if you tried one, you'd know different .... for 125 bucks, how can you go wrong on something you sit on all the time. Best upgrade, or one of the best, at least for me.
