[dry track, no rain] Can you reverse the direction of any Radial DOT race tires?

The right side is a lot more worn than the left side, can I reverse the direction for the rear only? for Track days only.

There are still tons of meat left in the front tire, not gonna bother to change direction.

Will it be safe to do so?

Thanks

Yes.

Ran my Dunlop Slick backwards (rear) at TMP with no issues and for the same reason. Pro 6 said the manufacturer doesn't recommend it but I'm sure they would have to say that to avoid any liability.

There was an article that listed popular sportbike tires and whether or not you could do this. Some were fine, some weren't.

Thread is asking about DOT tires.....

Here's a good thread with pictures on not flipping the Dunlop GPA-211 DOT: http://www.r6-forum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=123510

Some yes, some no... but I wouldn't, not on DOTs.
