Was looking to see what peoples opinions were on these, and where they can be purchased. They are the kevlar laced jeans that are suppose to be the best, non leather wear in case you go down. I did some looking online and found some for $250 - $350 dollars. I was told about them last season by a random member and was told he knew a place around Toronto that sold them for just $120 or so. Anyone know anything about them ?.

I have a pair of Draggin Jeans, and a pair of Cortech (Tourmaster) DSX Jeans.
The Cortech have everything that the Draggin Jeans have, plus removable CE armour in the knees / shin area.
My Cortech DSX jeans are for sale in the for sale section here. (priced low)
I found my Draggin Jeans at Two Wheel in Guelph. I don't remember where I got the Cortech Jeans from.
No crash test results, but they can be a bit more comfortable than leather on those 10 hour / high humidity days.

Thanks for the information people. Gary, do you have a pic of your jeans ?. They would fit me with the help of my trusty belt :). Not to be nosey, but why are you selling them if you have never worn them ?.

Boooya, How did you get them ?
When I tried to order last year from Competition Accessories they wouldn't ship to Canada or even to a US Address on a Canadian Credit Card ?

Although they don't have Kevlar, I have "tested" ;) Carhartt heavy double front canvas work pants and the held up well in about a 40kph Opps. you can also put knee pads in them.

I got them on Ebay about a year ago. Got 3 pairs, cost about 110 for all 3 shipped. I still have them and there holding up very well, only problem is there starting to shrink around the waist.;)

PM sent. They look exactly like those in the link I put up.

PM me your email. I'll take some pics, and try to forward them - no promises tho - I'm not too good when it comes to puter stuff.

Have the draggin cargo where the legs zip off. Great looking and nice fit. Lowsided on it.

Landed on knee first and just slid with my arms forward. Felt like I was doing a superman on ice. Jeans held up well. Good thing I had knee guards under it though.

I crashed at ~100 km/h (maybe slightly faster) in regular jeans and all that happened were my jeans ripped a little. I didn't get any rash. I might have gotten lucky though.

They look like they offer decent protection relative to jeans. My rule of thumb is...If it won't pass tech inspection at a trackday,it won't save me on the street either.:p

I have the Shift Torque Jeans and found them very comfortable compared to textile or leather. I'm leaving the bike scene and am happy to sell them. Barely used, asking $50, size 36 if anyone is interested.

Hey Link666 have you ever crash or rash tested those?? Just curious cause they look good, I've been contemplating these for the hot hot summer days.:)

nope, crashing is something i try to avoid, but these are prolly better than the crap you get at old navy :p

Same here, I went down in a pair of Parasuco jeans, lowside @ 70-80 km/h, my jeans didn't even rip, they wore down pretty good but I had no rash and only a small loonie sized burn on my knee. I was quite surprised when I walked away, I must have slid 40ft and I thought I was gonna have some rash for sure.

when not wearing the leathers I use the ICON Superduty pants. I have never crash tested them
