Contacted them 3 times. Left messages. No response back. I guess their sales are great they dont need to follow up on new business.

You have to go in. Just be sure to talk to the younger guys (Shelby is good). The old guy never comes out of his office and is a total waste of time. If you really need a BMW dealer/shop, Serpa in Newmarket seems to give a damn.

Honestly if you want Mottorad service Budds' is really on top of that department. They're probably pretty slammed right now but I'm sure they'll make an effort to get you scheduled in within a couple weeks

Budds' is the only shop that touches my BMW.

Bought the first one from Toronto BMW but after they forgot to put any liquids back in the bike at the 1000 km service....and it finally died outside St Louis, Missouri....and then they wouldn't do anything under warranty since it "was abuse".

So go to Budds.

Endras, Budds are both good. Never go to downtown one.
