Does un-opened/un-used oil go bad?

Does oil go bad?

I bought a few qts of Motul 300v from maybe a bit over a year ago, and I have not opened them yet, they were sitting in my shed and I just remembered I had them.

Before I put it into my bike, I just wanted to know if oil goes bad? or expires? would I be better off getting new oil or just using these?

Thanks, I read on the Motul website its good for 2 years, the oil is just about 2 years old (its got a date on the bottle) but I wasn't sure if I should use or not

unopened, dont worry about it... opened and stored outside, might have a little water in it from condensation, but thats easy to separate out.
