Does This Sale Sound Shady?

Hi,

I found a 1990 Honda CB-1 that I'm looking at tomorrow that's imported from Japan. It has 9100 km on it and it's being sold by a dealer for $3990.

I was wondering if this sounds right for a bike this old. Should I be worried about any tampering with the bike? Is a bike this old worth this much? Has anyone had experience with purchasing an imported bike? If so, is there anything out of the usual that I should be looking out for?

The CB-1 was sold here so there's no advantage to buying a JDM version at a higher than average price.
