Do we really have to stop riding just because theres cold grounds, and sometimes wet conditions out ?

I havnt rode in a week or so because im the conservative type rider, dont want to risk falling because of foul weather.

I really want to ride though, how many of you guys ride during snowy conditions or below 0 ?

You can ride any time the road is clear, just make sure you use something (grease, WD40 daily) to protect the aluminum on your bike, the salt will destroy it. If it's below -10 you can use a snowmobile face shield that is electrically heated so that it won't fog up. No limits, especially within city limits where wind chill is not such a big deal.

Depending on your bike, wet snow can be terrible to ride in. Riding in the winter is not impossible, just be aware of the limitations (ie. Your tires are not nearly as grippy, road conditions can vary from dry to ice in a few feet, etc.). I normally get about 30% of my riding in between December and March.

I've been riding to work every day this week. My bike isn't made out of sugar cubes, it ain't gonna melt if it rains. Plus my Metzeler ME880s from Studio Cycle give me awesome grip on even the coldest wettest days.

dude if you didn't ride all week you missed out on some good days...
Other than the rain even today is fine, I might end up having to take the bike to the gym if I can't get one of the cars, tomorrow should be nice enough as well.

Make sure you have proper tires for colder weather. If not you'll be sliding all over the place, and im talking on dry cold pavement. Your "summer" tires will never warm up in the cold. You will be driving on hockey pucks. If you are a new rider, consider the season done and practice more next summer to gain valuable riding skills.
