disconnected hose?

Isn't that the excess fuel drain hose? Had it hanging like that on my er6n. Tripped me out the first time I saw it too.

Think it's called "fuel tank vent hose".

^ I think so too. In the event of a spill I believe that is where the gasoline+coolant leaks out of

Not sure cant really tell from the pic but most likely it is the airbox vent drain hose. I think its called , it catches any gas oil and coolant fumes at bottom of airbox keeping it out of your air filter and on some manufacturers they actually cap it with a twist off plug making removal and draining of sludge part of regular maintenance
