Disc lock on backwards needs help

Anyone in Hamilton want try helping this person. Disc lock on backwards key doesn’t turn no space. Veison disk lock looks like CBR250 abs model. I say cut the $35 aliexpress lock off. Says he did last season

How does dropping the wheel help? The hole he picked doesn't leave room between for key to get past spoke. That relationship doesn't change much when the wheel is dropped. He needs to cut the lock off, cut most of the head off the key to make it fit or unbolt the rotor so you can rotate it.

As just me said, it is old so hopefully solved by now.

Drop the wheel, unbolt the brake rotor, remove lock. Reverse process for reassembly.
You might even be able to do it without pulling the wheel.
 
If anyone has ratcheting wrenches that you flip to run in reverse, be very careful because you can quite easily do a similar thing. Spinning a bolt up far enough that the wrench is trapped and can't be reversed. I've had close calls and a friend mentioned having to cut one off.

That makes 2 of us.
Almost lost a wrench this way while trying to remove some pannier racks.
