Dirtbike coolant

I am going to change my coolant on my crf250r and was wondering if i can put any coolant or is it better to put the honda mix they sell premade

Any anti-freeze that is aluminum compatible is good.

Make sure it's good for aluminum. Dexcool will do just fine.
I bought some stuff from crappy tire that was for "powersports" equipment. It was pre-mixed and a smaller jug so it didn't take up much room in the trailer. Which came in handy when a buddy had an incident at the track and ended up needing some coolant.
