These bastards were everywhere down in the US. Saw a bunch along the road along the Blue Ridge Parkway, then tons of dead ones in Deal's Gap area, then tons of dead ones along the interstate when i was riding back home. Scary stuff.
Apparently, you need to look at their tail. Target fixate on that, and you'll likely miss them. That said, I don't know how well that would've worked in this particular video's case. Maybe someone with more experience can chime in.

I've seen a deer get its leg chopped off when it got hit by a car. Put a nice dent in the guys hood too. Deer love to just pop out last minute and bolt across the road. Too bad they are not more like Canadian Geese.
